General Description of the Service
LabelMyContent is a web-based online service for labelling AI-generated and AI-modified images and videos. Users can upload digital media, select a suitable label and then download the labelled file. The service is offered online via the website https://labelmycontent.com.
Information on the Provision of the Service
Users select an image or video on the website and upload it to the workspace. They can then specify the appropriate label type, language, position, size and other display settings. The label is displayed directly as a preview.
For images, the edited file can then be downloaded. Videos are processed on the server and made available for download once processing is complete. Credits are used for processing and can be purchased via Stripe without a subscription. Use is possible as a guest or after registering with an email address. The service is provided entirely online; no additional software installation is required.
Status of Conformity with the Requirements
We are committed to digital accessibility and pursue the goal of designing our website so that it is fully accessible to all users. We therefore work continuously to fully implement the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the Regulation on the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSGV).
Our website implements the requirements in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG):
Initial measures to improve accessibility have already been implemented on the website.
Central controls such as navigation menus, buttons, forms and selection fields are generally accessible via keyboard. The website uses semantic headings, regions and navigation structures. ARIA labels and status messages are used for important controls and dynamic content.
Images are given alternative descriptions where they are relevant to understanding the page. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technologies. The website is responsive and can be used on different screen sizes.
For users who wish to reduce motion, the website takes the system setting “reduce motion” into account. Animations and automatic scrolling effects are thereby limited.
A dedicated read-aloud function is not currently offered. However, the content is structured so that it can generally be processed by screen readers and other assistive technologies.
A complete external audit has not yet been carried out. The conformity with the accessibility requirements therefore cannot currently be fully confirmed. In particular, dynamic previews, file uploads, video processing, embedded labels, animations and external payment dialogs are still being improved and tested.
